Imagine if the defense had actually played poorly most of the game. Anyone think these yahoos would be screaming, "But the PLAYERS played poorly?"

Of course not.

Garrett plain stunk today as an OC.

And he won't be getting any job interviews. What does that tell you?

No one wants him.

I don't mind Garrett coming back for one more year. Maybe he will get better. And it wasn't the whole year he stunk. He called some good games this year. And some bad ones.

No matter who the OC was today, the OL didn't show up.

So you make adjustments. How hard is that to understand. You game call on the fly when things get rough. You don't keep running the same plays everyone knows you run every game.

'Twas a horrible game for Garrett. This team could have hung with Minnesota, but the play calling was counter-productive from the 1st quarter to the 4th.
That's why I ask... what did you want him to do? Tell me. If you think Garrett wasn't trying to make adjustments and/or using different plays, I don't think we were watching the same game.

The offense moved the ball at will pretty much for the first quarter. And moved it decently well after that, until a fumble or a sack, or both, or a missed FG ruined our momentum.

I don't understand why we are blamming JUST the offensive line. There were times when we had protection, times when we had momentum and Garrett basically feeds the Crowd with tricked up plays instead of going straight forward.

We had success running the ball with FELIX JONES.
We had success running the ball with FELIX JONES.
We had success running the ball with FELIX JONES.

Why did we stop running the ball in the first half with FELIX JONES?
Why did we put Barber in when FELIX JONES was having success?

Garrett cost himself a head coaching job because he can't figure out simple things. He's a prep school genius but doesn't understand the simplistic method of using your explosive back that's having success.

Adios Garrett, if some dummy doesn't pick you up, we should just fire you.

Red Jesus is the real choke artist on this team. Keep Wade. Fire Garrett. Of course, there is no chance it happens.

Did you think he was useless the past 5 weeks? I didn't see a post of yours where you stated Garrett should be fired then...

Stevie Wonder could see more than you. " It all starts " WITH THE OFFENSIVE LINE, not the " playcalling ".

blah, blah, blah... Typical clueless 2nd guesser..

I agree that it all starts in the trenches and have said that for years....however, to just say "blah, blah, blah" about MBIII is crazy...the guy is NOT a threat and should NOT be getting nearly the carries that he has this year.

He's not the #1 RB....not even the #2 RB on this team, but the OC continues to have a false belief in him. THAT is on the OC who is JG.

You keep your weapons on the field. At one point, JF had 26 yards on two carries and he has to come out of the game....

Stupid use of MBIII.....

Stevie Wonder could have seen there needed to be adjustments because it wasn't starting with the offensive line. When you're able to see that when the offensive line isn't playing well, then you need to make adjustments...let me know. Seeing doesn't seem to be your thing--nor does thinking.

Who likes a pitch to Barber 7 yards deep after Felix was gashing left and right?

Hold your hand highs.

The offense was inept in the redzone from week 1 to the divisional round of the playoffs.

Who does that fall on?

Back-to-Back fades.

Back-to-Back slants.

I don't know who is responsible for such failures. Someone help me out.

This has happened repeatedly and I've whined about it as well. It's like MBIII has pictures of JG or something.

When the O-line is not playing well, there isn't ANY adjustment ANYBODY could make, period. Put down the Madden football. This isn't a video game.

Felix should of had 25 carries today the way he was running the rock. That is on JG.

Geez....could it have been a "fake" audble? did you notice anybody move?

The bottom line is that MBIII needs not be ON THE FIELD at that time ANYWAYS!

I really really really want him gone. Please Garrett. Take another job somewhere else because I don't have faith that Jerry will fire you.

But Barber is a Barbarian. He had a long run today of 8 yards. He got 6 yards on his other 7 carries. I'd love to hear Garrett defend his personnel choices today.

The run blocking was good, why not keep pounding the rock with Felix Jones and use some play action passes? Didnt see any of it.

JG is a one trick pony, if the draws arent working he looks lost.
