YES.. Tony Romo audible into that play.. He went up to the line of scrimage, saw the defense, made his " kill " sign, which means cancell the first play, and go with the 2nd play. It's been part of the system since Sean Peyton was the OC here..

Yahoos??? Come on theo... you're better than that.

I didn't take you for the knee-jerk type.

It's not knee-jerk. We have supported Garrett in the past. Theo even made a post taunting the Vikings with Garrett. But when you call a game like that, a plain stupid game throughout, it deserves the criticism. The loss is emotional, yes. But we didn't have to lose that game--not if we call a decent game on the offensive side of the ball.

The whole "you're better than that" trip is nonsense. The team was better than that. Take your guilt trips elsewhere. This loss was on Garrett.

It was either shotgun or drop straightback and the pass rush knew exactly what to do.

When the running game is working in certain spots but seems that the defense is keying on it then you PLAYACTION PASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

You can claim second guessing all day long but I was calling for all of this as the game progressed and it was Garrett doing the same thing over and over again.

The players were doing their best and following instructions. They were rewarded with frustration.

But Barber is a Barbarian. He had a long run today of 8 yards. He got 6 yards on his other 7 carries. I'd love to hear Garrett defend his personnel choices today.

:hammer:

The run blocking was good, why not keep pounding the rock with Felix Jones and use some play action passes? Didnt see any of it.

JG is a one trick pony, if the draws arent working he looks lost.

Oooh, Oooh, Oooh! I have an answer!

This is what you get when you have an OC that is doing ON THE JOB TRAINING (OJT) and is a former QB!

Did anyone actually SEE Colombo out there? He was worthless!! I would have rather had friggin Solomon Page out there. Witten at RT would have been better.

When the O-line is not playing well, there isn't ANY adjustment ANYBODY could make, period. Put down the Madden football. This isn't a video game.

Get a clue, then talk to me. Wannabe.

JG failed to make adjustmnets but the biggger problem is the players failed to show up with a playoff game attitude and I think it alls on HC Wade Phillips.

JG can't kick butt during the week and make the practice sharp or give pregrame speech

Also, our defense gets a B, average. What happened to our ends going to destroy their weak OTs? Vikings compensated with good game plan and neutralized our rush in the first half.
Just not forciing any turnoevers and just keeping an opponent for 17 points, is that all that is expected from this defense? They neutralized Ratliff, ware, spencer and we didn't have a scheme to overload or take advantage of their tackles.

I don't think no coaching changes will happen this offseasong but I want a new head coach like Rex Ryan (Coach with attitude)

Bingo. That's why you make ADJUSTMENTS!

He was yelling, "kill, kill, kill" and au dibled.

Shame on Romo for not being aware of his personnel and shame on Garrett for saddling Romo with Barber in to begin with.

Yeah it is knee jerk. Calling for his ouster after one game is the definition of knee-jerk.

And the "guilt trip' wasn't for you. I know you're not better than much.

lol. How do you ADJUST for a worthless RT?? Do you actually move Witten over there? Put another worthless RT in there?

So you have privy to the playbook and what the signals at the line mean?

Sweet.

He started off good then he didn't seem to adjust didn't help oline was bad today

The problem on that play was that Leonard Davis didn't hear the kill kill kill. He pulled to the left, which obviously was not the checked play. That left the D-lineman he should have blocked run free to Barber.

You "know", which shows how much you don't know. Peppy, Mr. "look at me, I went to law school"... Oh, please no knee-jerking after one crucial game. How thoughtless can you be? I know one thing, you'd never represent me, peppy.

The run blocking was good in spots, which, speaking to those who say that there weren't any " adjustment ", it goes to show they have no clue at what they're talking about. Pulling Biggs several time, as well as attacking the end with the run was effective ADJUSTMENTS made during the game, but whe you find your self behind, you can't just run the ball all the time. Especially when the Vike's D started creeping up the safeties to adjust to Felix's runs.

Bottom line is that the PLAYERS lost this game. The coaches don't all of the sudden become STUPID in 60 minutes. This team was on a roll and NOBODY was complaining about the playcalling or strategies or preparation even though nothing changed over the past month and a half.

All of the sudden the O-line has a bad game, get exposed for their weaknesses, and it's the coaches that must go..

I don't know about you, but I saw more play-action in this game than I have in years.
