That's not true. I run a business and I don't lie to my employees. If one is getting close to being fired, it's for cause and it's no secret. Honesty is always the best policy. I only hire adults and I treat them like adults. Children need to be lied to because they can't handle the truth so I guess we all know where that leaves you.
