Who has the cap space to pay him more than Dallas?
Our cap space is already designated for 3 players who will be demanding big money such as Ceedee next season.

It will not hurt them to pay Peters between 3 and 5 million. Our cap space is already designated for 3 players who will be demanding big money such as Ceedee next season.

Hoe does a 1 year deal THIS year hurt cap next year lol. Who cares. Give him 1 year 4 million. Our cap space is already designated for 3 players who will be demanding big money such as Ceedee next season.

Try on 125 mil to sign CeeDee. Micah will want at least 25mil per year average. CB's are getting 20mil per year. Dak is going to want over 200mil
to extend.
the cap will keep going up substanitally...so as long as the %'s don't get whacky to the total amount (aka qb costing 50% of the total cap) then the number going up are fine. Dont focus on the numbers as much as the %'s of the cap space, thats whats important
Why mention a hated division rival?Jones spoke about Peters on Friday, acknowledging the connection the two have as alumni of the University of Arkansas. But one thing Jones comically refused to acknowledge was the 11 years of NFL service Peters put in for the Cowboys’ hated division rivals, the Philadelphia Eagles. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said that “we all know” Jason Peters, going on to say that the 40-year-old offensive tackle was a really outstanding Arkansas player.” Yeah, that Peters really was something at Arkansas, 21 years ago!
Jerry Jones seemingly forgets Jason Peters ever played for Eagles as he visits with Cowboys (clutchpoints.com)

sorry but Ceedee better have a Pro bowl Carrer year, like 1350 yards 12 tds and we also win(dez did that 3 straight years to earn his)..they just signed Gallup to big deal and doubt they are in a hurry to pay CD seriously when the last time that happen,
two marquee WR contacts at the same time on the Cowboys?..CD will have to earn it for sure. they like CEEDEE but aren't married to him..maybe a FT etc but CD early demand wont work like Zekes IE exmp see how they had schultz and dak wait.. 5yr 1st round picks unless they are special wont get paid after yr 3..book that no debate CD wont get dpgnat deal that early unless somehow, he becomes elite overnight. Diggs would be the next closest but they arent just hoping to hand these marquee deals out like candy..thats not Stephens thing..just because he caved on zeke no one on this team has yet to catch the Jones attention like that.. Daks deal is now very team friendly so really outside dak no one got an early deal and was a market deal. they will pay hardball.. book it.
Parsons while awesome one season will have to do this 2 more years then yes im paying him early because 3 season like last year that makes him elite, big if..

Using the 18mil they have this year hurts signing players next year. Cap space is cap space. The cap space we have this year carries over to next season.
