Jason Peters still wants to play

He's worth a look-see. We know Tyron isn't playing 17 games. It would be nice to be able to slide Tyler Smith over to LT and have Peters plugin at LG.

Uhhhh....didn't we sign Jason Peters after week 1 last season? LOL

He was signed on September 5th.

Our first game was on the 11th of September.

Too much risk of another team grabbing him if Dallas doesn't make an offer soon imo.

Yeah, but who does he want to play for??

I mean look how long it took dalvin cook to decide who to play for nobody signed him... I think he knew what team he wanted to play for and now he's with The Jets who I think was his second choice..​

we all know what his first choice was he wasn't getting that $$$ bag here though... I'm betting the Cowboys were willing to offer him about four mil...​

I think Peters would probably want to come back here as his first choice and willing to wait and again I believe this guy is 3rd in depth just because of is conditioning and he just can't be relied on for a long-term solution in a season ending situation.​

Would be great to have as insurance yes I don't think they're sweating over losing the guy I mean he's been out there all offseason again for a reason he did not want to play in training camp again his conditioning is not good because of it and he'd be spot duty guy which would be great but I wouldn't want to guarantee his contract and I would want him to play for a very cheap contract.
I think two more preseason games will kind of clear up some of this who's gonna be the backup depth for the offensive line I'd like to see Richards more etc and some of the others get true shot ..i like youth better.
