Cutler can be a good QB that is for sure.
As weird as it sounds I am not that big on Vince Young or Matt Leinart. I actually though Quinn and that QB for Ohio...Troy Smith are both better then Young or Leinart. Never saw OHio QB Smith play till that Bowl game but I liked what I saw in him.
One thing about Cutler is he clearly has the stongest arm of any of the QBs coming out. Huge arm.

I will be honest, I have never watched a Vanderbilt game from start to finish the last few years. And even if I caught a piece of one, this player never stuck out.
So who exactly has seen him play extensively? Or is this simply a GOOGLE-campaign that sounds really nice?

But he has stretches of plays and games where he is totally ineffective. He is tough and a competitor. But he gets lackidasical at times seems to forget everything he has ever been taught. Watch him play any of his games against Tennessee and you would take him first. Watch him play against Middle Tennessee and you wouldn't take him in the 7th. He throws a great fade. Has huge arm. Only the LSU QB has an arm like him that I have seen. His mechanics are all over the place and he throws into coverage alot. This year they put alot of designed dump offs and that seemed to help him. He can move and slide and still make a play. If Mike Holmgren were our coach I would trade up for him. With BP, I wouldn't take him. Waste of time and a draft pick.
