Now this is the mark of the team leadership growing. Wade Phillips said in his press conference today that Jay Ratliff told him at halftime its my fault they are running on us in the first half. Wade said, jay, no its not your fault. Wade said, Ratliff jumped at wade and said loudly, its my fault, i will get it corrected. Sure enough jay did some things differently in 2nd half and eagles didnt run on us as much in 2nd half.

thought worth mentioning, that leaders on this team are stepping up and accepting accountablity on the team, brooking, bradie, wade, witten, romo, and now jay etc.

wow just when i thought i couldnt love Jay anymore.....

i love this team..seriously...no more cancers..or ME ME ME players

what are you talking about?

Jay Ratliff is a self-centered ***** and yes, he is a ME ME ME player

it's all "MY" fault, "I" am the reason why we're doing bad and "I" am going to correct it

/sarcasm

I love Jay Ratliff with a passion, stopping short of asking him to marry me

Love the Rat. If this team goes anywhere in the post season it will be because of the defense.

Couldn't agree more. This team has a totally different feel to it.

Re: Ratliff. I met him and deon at an autograph session before the Giants game and got to talk to them both for 10 or 15 minutes afterwards. Both of them are very personable.

did Deon (Anderson I'm assuming) knock your helmet off and laugh at it as it rolled away?

His post-sack celebrations are awesome. Great player.
They're a lot better than the one the Giants used to do. The one where they acted like they were playing basketball. Wrong sport, *******es!!!

No, it was my head.:

He was funny though. I said I wanted to get a pick of him "running through" Jay and he took a stance like he was going to do it and got an "animal" look on his face. Jay just put out one big mitt on Deon's chest and shook his head like, "You aren't going anywhere, Little Man".

I asked him if Choice was a crazy as he seems and Deon said Tash is on a whole 'nother level.

Pay him, we have finally found a leader! A Cowboy with Moxie, not sure it would ever happen again.

Our Ray Lewis has arrived, pay the man!

We already did.

7th rounder my arse: this guy might be the best low round pick since: well, dare I say Roger Staubach? We've had some great low round picks: but Ratliff.........wow.

We've been pretty awesome in the last few years with the late round/undrafted FA's, eh? Rat, Romo, Austin, Scandrick, hopefully Ogletree, etc. We rock! :starspin
