I think when leaders emerge, guys are more likely to step up and accept responsibilities for what they did/didn't do.
Of course, winning fixes everything so...haha But I think guys are finally getting Wade and his style. I think bringing in guys like Brooking and Sensebaugh has helped as well because they are rah-rah guys that lead by example.
