To me they both played it poor and both could’ve made plays to stop that gain. To blame just Jaylon is insane.

LVE shot the gap and denied the runner that hole. The offensive lineman then blocked down on LVE that didn’t allow him to chase the RB that swerved to the right. Jaylon was never blocked and caught flat footed. LVE did his job on that play and denied the gap that was the play’s designed running lane. The poor play was all on Jaylon.
