True but remember that Terence Newman was a 24 year old rookie. Jaylen would be 23 next year. Terence did play through college so he wasn't rusty but if we're talking about getting Jaylen at 23 and 100% I might be interested. I just haven't seen anything that says that this injury puts him at risk so I don't know why we wouldn't get him some introduction this year (except for his contract, by playing this year it burns a year of his deal)

OK. Newman was still playing football. If his physical condition is so bad...he has no hope of competing in the rough and tough NFL! This boy needs to play.

i may have missed the info
but if Jaylon is at risk of injury then he shouldnt play until leg ready.
