The best way to look at this is the Cowboys are paying JS to end their contractual relationship with him. Good for both parties, all things considered.

That's good. Essentially, the more the Packers give him, the less we'll be obliged to pay. It works out OK for both sides, imho. :grin:

To be totally honest and up front, nobody expected them to pay nearly as much as we did, right? Right. All's well that ends well. ;)

Good deal for the Packers, even if Jaylon continues to play at a lower level.

Honestly looks like everyone gets what they wanted. I'd rather the Cowboys paid him even if he was a backup since they're going to pay him anyway, but I suppose this was more about how the Cap works next year.

When you really think about it, that's a lot of money. It tells me just bad they wanted him off the team for whatever reason.......
