Jenkins

I don't remember specific plays often, but I do recall playing the Eagles I think when Jenkins put a big hit on a WR only to be outdone by an even bigger hit a few plays later by Newman. These two when healthy are a formidable pair, you can believe it...

Wrong bird...

it was the Falcons....Jenk laid a big hit....then moments later it was Newman...and Newman and him jumped up celebrating

Look up Hypnotoad's thread. It might be a few pages back depending on how you have your displayed thread options set up. He's got the gif.

EDIT: Or I could just find it for you real quick.

Good to see Jenkins getting some love.. he never deserved the label he got as a guy who didn't work hard or play hard last year.

I guess people just have to pick someone to hate every year.. looks like this year its going to be Bradie James.

Have you missed the 1302 Romo threads?

How about you not saying I called him a bust, big guy?

I said he wasn't great and wasn't good. After good comes journeyman or poor. Then bust.

As far as your trip down mammary lane against the Eagles, please, enjoy that, because that was then and this is now.
If you cannot digest what I said (don't be too quick to elevate him; he's got to show a lot more and more consistency until he rises from journeyman-average status), tough Schlitz!
And gee, I am so glad you are not putting him in the HOF, because his statue/stature is not ready yet, though the work continues on his speech(by you).

Don't be quick why? How are fans showing confidence in him or any other player a bad thing? You want to take a wait and see fine I support the guy and think he is a very good player. Why some have this desire to tell others to hold off on their support is ridicules

Jenkins play in 09 was quality he showed he was very capable of playing to a high level. I made no excuse for him in 10 where he played poorly but I do believe in him and his capabilities. In the meantime keep fence sitting all you want and throw the occasional insults

Did you see Jenkins plays last year? Trust me, he deserved it.

Good for him.

He has to play hard this year.

Jenkins is a decent player, nothing special.

He plays soft he is cut and not a team in the league wants him. He plays tough and makes mistakes and gets cut he still has a chance. He plays above and beyond he keeps his job with the Cowboys.

Perhaps he wants to show that he wants to earn a C on his chest.

I did.. and i saw a guy who despite the entire team quitting on themselves, still played hard. Just because he was shy on a couple tackles doesn't take that away from him.

He and Bradie were two guys who i noticed through all that crap still played hard every week.

Actually i've avoided most of them like the plague.. until Romo is gone there will always be talk about if he can do it or not. My opinion has been given already, there's no reason to get involved with all the bashing or coddling or outragous views of Romo anymore. I see what i see with him, alot good, some bad.
