Jeremy Lin > Carmelo Anthony?

Yes, he's overrated. If he leaves Knicks and coach d's style, he would be average.
My grandma would score in his system.

Lin got schooled by a real All Pro PG. DWILL.

lol. That is an extremely short sighted post. Deron was absolutely on fire last night by anyone's standards.

Schooled? How about all the players Lin has schooled since he started getting regular playing time?

Don't be a tool dude. Give the kid credit. While he isn't playing perfect basketball, he is lighting it (and other teams) up like a Christmas tree.

Btw, saying a guy sucks and he only is playing well due to scheme is the most ignorant stance you could possibly have.

First off, scheme affects everyone. The fact that he is lighting it up say point blank, the kid can play. If he couldn't play, even scheme wouldn't help.

The kid is kicking *** and there is no logical point you can make that can derail that fact.

To say his success is solely due to scheme, is just flat out ignorant. Someone has to play that scheme and I didn't see the PGs before him lighting it up like he is.

I never said he sucked. I never said he wasnt lighting it up. I said he got schooled,in which he did. And I said he isnt a better basketball player then Carmelo. Read the posts please. And yes most of the success is scheme. Not all but a lot.The PGs before were not catching on to the scheme or just are not that style.Remember Lin is a bright kid.So is Nash who also ran that scheme well.Lin is playing great. However he has a lot to learn. He isnt the best defender and he turns the ball over a lot.Remember Dallas brought him out of school undrafted and then GS signed him and he didnt make the team. He is a scheme player. Not saying that he is bad or anything negative. However he would not be able to play any style.

U obviously do not watch much NBA.:laugh2:

Neither do you, outside of the Mavs, apparently.

Or, perhaps you do. But you're far too caught up in the individualism that has destroyed the game of basketball as opposed to team basketball.

Question - you like the Oklahoma City Thunder?

I like them as a team as a rival no i dont, they are like the Eagles to me. Dude understand what u r saying. Melo is a chucker and not a team first guy. However that said he is still million times more talented then Lin. Cmon man.

Nice try, but I'm not even a Knicks fan. In fact, I can't stand them, nor can I stand Mike D'Antoni.

10/10 effort, 0/10 execution.

You're still failing to read my posts.

At what point did I say that Jeremy Lin is a better scorer/athlete than Carmelo Anthony?

BETTER PLAYER ≠ MORE TALENT/ATHLETICISM/ETC.

Do I need to break it down Barney style for you?

I see you've studied The Book of Terry.

The fact that two teams passed doesn't mean he can't play, he actually played well whenever he was given the opportunity. Regardless of scheme.

Get out of here with your rational thought.

8 points,8 turnovers. Looks like reality is starting to set in.

Dude. You really need to pipe down. The Heat are a great team and they were hell bent on stopping him.

The kid is no superstar, but he has some game. (needs some work of course) You should stop talking **** and accept it. Otherwise you will be eating a lot of crow.
