If the GM has done their job and put together a good roster and that said roster is not performing, then the owner should step in and make corrections. Either the GM did a horrible job or the coaching staff is doing a horrible job or both. Either way, changes need to be made somewhere.

Statements and words matter, especially coming from Jerry. When he says no one can do a better job than he can as the GM, I take that as something he literally believes and not just fluff spewed into the ether. It’s a belief, formulated by words for other people to interpret, and beliefs inform actions.
