This is salt in the wound after the disrespect for Landry.gotta say....love that folks here are united against Jerry lol. Don't think i've seen folks this angry towards him for quite some time
No he's not selling the team but this added stress of being a complete failure and laughingstock of the league next to the Cleveland Browns and Carolina Panthers definitely isn't lengthening his time as owner of the Cowboys. So we have that. I don't wish early death on anyone but he brought this on himself.I actually find that encouraging, seldom did he get that way, or angry, in the past.
Maybe, just maybe, he will someday get sick of that and sell the team.
Faint hope, but hey! we can dream, can't we?
About time!!!!!!!!!!!!!Jerry is getting roasted in several media outlets.
His defensiveness speaks volumes.
Well he was asked about that and Garrett had made too many mistakes to be fired. His words mean very little.
He supported Garrett all the way out the door.
I just don’t know what they can do.
No they don't lolStatements and words matter, especially coming from Jerry.
Don't you worry, as this season continues to unravel, you will see more and more of the Jerry sycophants in the media start to churn a narrative that Jerry did a fine job and that McCarthy and this staff (and maybe some of the players) let Jerry down.Mickey Spagnola is defending Jerry already this morning. Im not stunned.
I remember during one of Campos years, I think it was the year we drafted Roy Williams, he said right before the season started, "This team is going to be like a match thrown into a room full of gasoline."The problem with Jerry is that he's never been good at keeping his cards close to his vest. People acting like he's some shrewd guy that is purposely going with misdirection are being foolish.
Jerry is the most honest in the immediate aftermath of a bad loss, season. In this case, he most definitely still thinks he built a quality roster. He hasn't but Jerry is incapable of that kind of disappointing self assessment.
And yet both have a better chance to make a conference title game over the next decade than we do.Carolina and Cleveland might have worse ownership.
Yes. He is old. He is 82.Old and senile
