It's such an advantage that it's led to a level of futility that only Detroit and Washington have known the last two and half decades.
25 wins in the last 2 years and now have their best roster in decades. You don't like our current team?

We are so fortunate. We can make bad decisions quickly.
First, prove it was a stupid and bad move...oh lord, it's hard to be humble, when you're perfect in every way...just hire Deion huh. His teams are coached highly.

Yeah, all those Lombardis in the last 27 years prove our people "actually in football" absolutely right!
If the fans on here ran the team, we would pick in the top 5 every year. And never retain a top pick. Because they would trade them away for other picks instead of wanting to pay a 2nd contract.
You know, being cheap, something they whine about Jerry for not playing top dollars to other FA's,c saying he wants to save the money. Or using all the salary cap to improve the team. Sounds hypocritical there doesn't it.

Under the FO now, at least they can make the playoffs and have a chance at a Lombardi. With some of the fans running the team...top 5 pick every year...

Will a fellow Eagle fan of the OP explain to me how the quote Jerry said and the title of this thread have anything in common? Being a Cowboy fan and not hating everything about this team this seems like the ultimate reach, but as I said another Eagle fan might explain it better then the OP tried to. Thank you.

Does Jerry Jones really think that people buy into this crap?

He’s trying to convince people that they was some sort of a race to get Trey Lance.

He was not some masterful GM that was the first to the party… He just happened to be the one that offered the most.

Talk about being a legend in your own mind…

Jerry you make enough money to hire someone to pay you on the back. You don't have to do it yourself

I'm definitely not a Jerry fan, but this was a good wildcatter gamble. If Lance ends up better than Dak, it's an upgrade at QB for a 4th rounder. If not, we can win with Dak with the right talent and scheme. All he risked was a day 3 pick, which are lottery tickets anyway.
I don't think it is a bad thing he made a trade and actually they have been pretty busy this offseason for once. It's just the...

that annoys everyone.

I do know that if he was not the owner then Jerry Jones the GM would have been fired over 20 years ago. He only gets to keep the GM title because he owns the team.

I actually like this trade, but Jerry pointing out he didn’t call his coach and playing the “unique way we are structured” card is a take as old as time. Peak Jerry
That was after fact, and actions go unknown until they become on the table. That part is good as is honesty on what is done. That is still fully ethical. Jerry faith or not.

SO 25 years and we get a couple of years that make you happy and all is well forever?

Really pathetic these company men always saying

Lol, I'm happy that we have built the current team that is very good. It's an awesome time to be a fan. Very similar to the 90's. Sorry, if you are unhappy. Enjoy the ride. They are very good. Hopefully, the exciting season will make you feel better.

If they win this year, all of a sudden they will be doing better than the entire league.

Fans want a trophy. Lance will have more pressure then Dak ever had.

Okay, I for one am intrigued to see how Deion does with Colorado the rest of the season and if he makes the leap to the NFL as a Head Coach....always thought he was a great motivator type and clearly he knows the game of football....but would it translate into the NFL? I doubt he would want to make the move and deal with the often adult baby mentality and that he prefers to mold players into all-around young men but time will tell.
