Those that are wrong love to lump everyone in with them. I didn't like firing Rob Ryan the day it happened. I'm not surprised he has had more success working for a sane owner in an environment conducive for coaches to have success. Doesn't surprise me one bit. Don't forget their head coach also sucked here and needed to go.
The best thing that could happen to Jason Garrett is to get the heck out of Dallas and start over where a coach has a chance.
I didn't want Ryan gone and I didn't understand the firing.
The Wade thing...please. Did people really already forget how this team completely quit on him? Everyone points at the Greenbay game but the Jacksonville game the week prior they'd already quit. Did everyone forget how we lost like 35-7 to them and then turned around and got DESTROYED by Greenbay, on National TV, because everyone on the team outside of Dez and Witten had completely and totally given up?
Oh and let me take that one other step. You could actually say that the team, outside of Dez and maybe Witten, really quit on Wade, and the season, the moment that Romo went down with that broken collarbone. They were beating the Giants, if you recall, and playing well until he got hurt. From the moment he got hurt the D quit and on offense it seemed like only Dez Bryant remembered there was still a game to be played.
Wade should have never been here as anything other than a DC. DC Wade Phillips I'm fine with. He's great at that. HC Wade Phillips is one of the biggest jokes in the business. People feeling bad about him now is beyond a joke. The guy was a terrible HC.
