Jerry doesn't look to be aggressive in free agency

You can not be that dumb.
His point is pretty accurate. We do sign our own. We don't sign anyone of real value outside the organization.

It's kind of weird to me that people still put so much faith in a guy that continually/annually lets them down. You seem to believe that in creating this cap space they are going to be active in FA. They could use that cap space for a variety of things - paying more of their own (Like Lawrence and Lewis) and then play the rollover game.

The only smart position at this point is to "see it to believe it". Putting faith in Jerry seems quite foolish at this point.

It's pretty obvious that they are in the market to add a few tier 2 free agents. What's weird is failing to recognize what a good deal they got with Osa and the fact they are getting these deals done before free agency starts.

Ok ring master.

Its obvious?

Says who?

And what is a "Tier 2" FA? My gut says what Jerry and his boob of a son think are Tier 2 is not exactly what the fanbase thinks is a Tier 2 acquisition.

I suspect they do the same thing they always do - bottom feed in FA. Wait a week or two and see what's left over and if it can help them instead of targeting a guy or two they know can help and they try to get him signed immediately.

I'll be happy to be wrong but history is a pretty strong indicator.

Jones always say we spend the amount we have in free agency in the salary cap ,well you have 54 million spend it as you say you do !

You think they might just be being clever?
Well possibly, after listening to his interview you posted, I decided that jerry is no longer
running the circus, they let him do these interviews, to keep him happy, but
what he says is mostly meaningless jibberish lol.

So best to just ignore anything jerry says. Stephen has to be running the circus now.
