Jerry used to have a gamblers mentality, but those around him he trusts have tamed him which at times can be a good thing others not.

As fans we haven't seen the throw caution at the wind Jerry for a while and I hope he takes some bigger swings this offseason but that remains to be seen.

Personally my biggest offseason regret is not making a play for Bobby Wagner for a resonable contract. They'll have another opportunity this offseason, along with some other LBs and DTs.

He's selling you what you want to hear and you're falling for it yet again. If he finally got it, he'd step down as GM, make some serious front office changes, then come free agency time make some big moves. It’s not even been three weeks and he has you hooked back in already ?lLOL…
First, his definition of all in is most likely different than what you believe it is. They don’t have the cap space to do what you think or wish he would do. Dallas is 53 million over the cap. Compare that to the Skins and the Lyons who both have nearly 60 million to spend. Next, he’s a salesman. He’s good at his job. He knows what he has to say. Don’t be so gullible.
Finally. Back to the cap, even if Dak gets redone, and Diggs and Steel get adjusted, they still have almost no money.
Expect them to sign a couple of bargain basement guys and make a couple of trades comparable to Cooks, and they will make you believe they went all in!!!

I’m done after 29 years of listening to all the hype and all the talk. Out of those 29 years literally 25 of them all the Talking Heads midway through the season have the Cowboys “going to the Super Bowl“. At this point it’s just advertising for the entertainment, cowboy industry. It’s all BS. The Cowboys are now officially in a show me position as a lifelong fan. And until they show me something, they can just shut the hell up and go home. no more talk. No more talk from Jerry, no more talk from all the sports broadcasters, no more talk out of Vegas, no more talk from anywhere. Until I wake up and see this team in an NFC championship game, I don’t want to hear anything else.

And if he throws money in free agency then it should be very good/great players of need not just a name to appease the fans. But along comes cap boy and poof he will sabotage it with low ball numbers or a poison pill off set language situation that scuttles the deal. Then Jerry can say we tried. Same old same old. Let's see what day 1 and 2 of free agency brings to town.
