According to ESPN Stats & Information, the Dallas Cowboys have $5,754,917 in salary-cap space as of today. This does not include the space from Miles Austin on June 1st.

I hear ya on that. Now lets remember that we have gone to the 2nd round well... quite a bit ....since we landed a stud TE in the 3rd round in Jason Witten
The new TE coach Mike Pope has to get more out of Escobar than what the Cowboys got out of their other second-round tight ends in Anthony Fasano and Martellus Bennett.

The point is those remarks get made because it continues to happen. Jerry has drafted 3 TE in the 2nd round in 7 years. He continues to waste resources addressing a position that doesn't need addressed ignoring others that do. That's a problem and it's a trend with JJ. People are going to comment.
