If Brooks gets selected by someone prior to Dallas’ turn to pick he’ll claim it was a tactic. The concern is no other teams use the tactic in such an overt manner.

But at the same time no one knows whether or not it was actually a tactic. I doubt other teams are making decisions based off of Jerry Jones making public comments about players.
