Jerry is looking for meat on the bone at the trade deadline

If he does anything but sit tight and let this season happen, then he is even more senile than I thought. A team that builds by the draft exclusively should value draft picks like the family jewels. We may get a chance to draft two quality players this year, impact players. Do not mess this up. This teams needs an infusion of young talent everywhere.

Just think what you could get for Podcast Parsons and Zack Martin, we're talking about the Great Train Robbery 2.0

Jerry Jones sounds so insanely stupid in most of these interviews that it blows my mind that this man has managed to make billions of dollars over his lifetime.

In his other business dealings I just can’t imagine him not getting taken to the woodshed by other executives with actual intellect.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones on @1053thefan: "I think we're having a rougher go than I anticipated. ... It is rougher, and I did not anticipate the challenges that we're having with this team."

Jones said he has a "tough time" getting past their minues-8 turnover ratio, pointing out that they have already turned it over 13 times after turning it over 16 times all of last season.

"It's really a plus that we've won three games."

You signed the guy to an all time contract, Jerrah

Problem is, we'll have someone even dumber backfill for him. Stephen will be on the radio 2x as much and that might be just as unbearable quite honestly.
That’s why you have to pray Charlotte is named president of the team when he’s gone. She’s smart, measured, respected around the league and will let football people do their jobs. It’s the only way out.

I agree with what you're saying, but there is a strategic move this time of year where you can get proven talent for low round picks. This is the move that needs to be made as you cannot rely solely on the draft.

The only actual "big" move I can see them making is Etienne. But that really doesnt move the needle

Zack Martin as nine games left in his career. No one is trading anything for him. No one is trading anything for Parsons without a deal in place as he’s not showing up for his fifth year without an extension in place. It is pointless to even speculate about trading either one them.
