I was really happy that Jerry was interviewing all the coaches he did but it was just a smokescreen to divert flack once he hired another "Best Buddy". Wade Phillips is an old man, friend of Jerry ala Switzer. The good ol boy club in full effect. Jerry used to be innovative now he's just "safe". I hope everyone is ready for a few more years of 9-7, 8-8..... Jerry has basically ruined our proud franchise because of his ego. Give it up old man, let your son take over so the fans won't continue to be disappointed anymore. You dont have it anymore Jerry. Your day has come and gone.

Best Buddy? Well he brought in someone he can get along with, whats wrong with that? Do you think he will hire someone that he doesn't like? They do have to work together.

Jerry brought in one of the best to run a pressure in your face 3-4 Defense. He will teach these guys to attack and make the offense adjust to their style. I see nothing wrong with that!! He has HC experience so he step right in and get going.

Sparano and Garrett will be tasked to get the offense going. Besides, aside from hiring JJ in his first year, who has Jerry hired that was "innovative"? If you want him to be innovative then by your standards he should have hireed Garrett, right? Switzer, Gailey, Campo....not innovation there!!

Come on, give Wade a chance. And please don't give me Cowher is still out there, he is burnt out and needs a break.

yea, he's done some stupid things. monumental at times. he's got a big ego and sometimes he values himself more than the people around him do.
