Then Payton took a future probowl guard Jahri Evans in the fourth round. He drafted another stud Roman Harper in the 2nd... to bad Roman got injured because he was playing very good for them.

You can have all the talent on a roster but still suck if the coaching is bad. Payton is good

Brees has never "sucked" for most of his career. He played well last year, and he even played well under Norv.

How do you know if Payton is responsible for drafting anyone?

No one said Payton wasn't good. In fact, I wanted him to stick around and take over the Cowboys coaching job when Parcells left. But, it's not like he worked miracles with an "untalented" Saints team.
