I'm telling you, part of it is Jerry personally wants to avoid the late July/August Dallas heat. San Antonio doesn't do that.

Coming and going to the Alamodome. It's much easier to use the facilities in Oxnard in a comfortable environment. I think that the players live on site.

Yeah. It breeds toughness for sure to coddle the players more than they already are.

I miss the days when they wouldnt move practice inside for a little rain.

What's so homer about liking the facilities in Oxnard. It is much better than San Antonio. I don't care about attendance. I like our team. I love it.

He's right though. The facilities and weather in Oxnard are better. There is no reason to not go there. Practice attendance numbers shouldn't matter.

I do think they should do a training camp in Greenland though. Would help them with getting tougher in January.

I'm not talking about the team, or practice. You still have to go outside sometimes where it's blazing hot. There's a reason why so many Texans go to the rockies every summer.

Alamo city was a great venue but don’t forget the Cowboys finish their TC’s back in Frisco at Cowboys HQ’s each year now .

If you live in Texas or nearby and haven’t visited this amazing facility and Cowboys practice inside Fords Stadium , shame on you. It’s free!!

It's fine in Oxford. Attendance there has never been an issue before. I think the fans are finally fed up and it's showing. Will that effect the Jones' boys? Probably not with their hubris, but if we're lucky it'll get their attention.

When they had it in SA, it was in the Alamodome.......it wasn't too hot in there for me....72 degrees

I agree we are the only dumb team that has training camp halfway across the country.

Cowboys started going out there decades ago for a reason. The question is, has that reason changed?

Last time we played the Rams out there is was a home game for the Cowboys.

Went to the one in SA. Was awesome. Stayed on the River Walk and made a vacay out of it. We went to Coyote Ugly on a week night we were the only people there until Stephen, Jerry Jr, Mike Doocy, and Dale Hanson all came in. Was really awesome!

You will always be sold out in San Antonio. Bring Cowboys training camp back to Texas.

I respect your opinion, and do want the Cowboys back in San Antonio for camps, but not for that reason. I think it's a good thing the stands are empty in camp. It sends a message not just to the team but to the front office and Jerry.

Pressure like this is the only thing Jerry would cave to. When his wallet is hurt. If the Cowboys keep choking and if they moved camp back to San Antonio where it belongs and it stops being camp cupcake, then the stands SHOULD be empty.
