Maybe there is hope in seeing a team in Dallas win a Super Bowl again after all.....
RIGHHT

The four franchises to most recently enter the NFL as expansion teams -- the Carolina Panthers (1995), Jacksonville Jaguars (1995), relaunched Cleveland Browns (1999) and the Houston Texans (2002) -- took their short-term lumps, even with Hall of Fame general managers (Bill Polian for Panthers) and Super Bowl-winning ...Jun 11, 2020

those arent even all in new markets or shared big markets

how many SBs have they all won?? might be a big fat ZERO

You are the only one here insisting you are speaking with the pulse of the people. How special that must make you feel to be so full of yourself. You're full of something alright. :muttley:
It’s a wonderful feeling being on the right side of history. And in this case aligning with the pulse of our fans locally. Perhaps where you are our owner isn’t the most hated sports personality.

Dallas doesn't even have one team.
Last time I checked the Cowboys last year in Dallas was 1971.

The Cowboys are located in a different county for God sake.

History will tell what the right side is, not you. Your arrogant grandstanding is disgusting.

Im aligned with most of the local Cowboy fans in Dallas area. It still amazes us there are fans who still support our ownership after all of these years .

San Antonio should get a team before a second team here . Dallas city leaders had a chance to make a deal build a stadium in the city when the Pokes were leaving Irving and of course the mayor city council back then couldn’t put it together .

So Arlington it was . As far as Mayor Johnson he seems like a decent mayor but goodness a second NFL team ranks about 226 on his plate .

Jerry can and will say whatever appeals to his interests. That's his privilege.

The truth is that he doesn't want another team cutting in on his money grab.

Perhaps the mayor has his own interests at heart. That's likely his idea, too.

A second Dallas team would have a very high chance of failure....its hard enough to get the media here to talk about the Mavericks, Stars, Rangers during the Cowboys dead time.
