There's a middle ground and mostly, it involves emphasizing fundamentals.

When I read this kind of commentary it really amazes me.

If the problems were with the fundamentals and all of our problems were just with the basics, then why on earth would we entrust the same staff to come back and do what they should have done in the first place? That's insane.

Part of it is that I don't see a bunch of changes being made within the roster. The staff isn't going to change, at least not at the top spot. Since that's the case, then why even focus on it.

Focus on what needs to be done. You start with the basics and then work your way through to the advanced stuff. Cuz obviously some things need to be broken down to most basic of levels for some of these guys..

Gotta do something to beat the penalties out of them and to play smarter.

I Understand after following this team for 33 years that we are not going to win the Superbowl every year or even make the playoffs.

My only expectation is that we play to the level of talent we have.

In the salary cap era , you can't fire the players every year that this does not happen. To me it's the Head Coach's job to have the players prepared.
Not only Game Plan wise , but motivation as well.

How can a Team like Miami go from 1-15 to 11-5 ? It's more than just talent it is the intangables that matter as well...

It is just very dishearting as a Fan to see this and to see that Jerry does not . It's this just so obvious to Everyone that Wade needs to go...
