Depends on the Texas shield laws, which I'm not familiar with.

Interestingly enough, there's a little nuance here that no one has picked up on. JJT & Co. simply reported that TO didn't know the entire playbook. Jerry only stated that TO knew "his plays." There's a big gap there, which could mean that both are technically true.

Edit: And by the way, you think that might prove Jerry was lying. You don't really know if it would or not, which was my point.
