Jerry hates firing or extending his staff when they are still under contract.

He doesn't value his coaching staff and he probably doesn't value the commissioner of the league.

Just hire a guy and make him play out his contract good or bad.

Didn't they make the DeBartolo's sell the 49er's? A much different situation and what was involved. But he still had to sell the team.

Sterling made out like a champ, two billion which is way over-valued, plus got tax benefits in this type of deal.

And it was in their interests, because 2 billion added more value to the rest of their inflated priced league, none of which applies to the Cowboys.

I do as well. The job of the coach is to put the players in the best position to succeed. He clearly did not do that.
