I remember Quincy having a couple of games where he really looked promising also.. Oh but wait, that was at the PROFESSIONAL level, as in the NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, against teams like the Commanders, Giants, Panthers. I for one am encouraged with Henson's play.

I do agree that just because one does well in NFLE doesn't garantee that they'll do well in the NFL.

But I also know that it IS garanteed that if one CAN'T play well in NFLE, theres no chance he'd make it in the NFL.

So Henson doing well in Europe at the least means there's a chance....

It will all be about Owens coming to Dallas...as if there was anything left to say about that. But I'm sure there are a handful of fans that can't get enough of that crap. Whereas finding out if the Owner of the team feels that we have found our QB of the future or if he is planning on making a move in that direction is just a trivial matter that no real Cowboys fan should care about.

IMO No one knows if Henson has what it takes to be the our QB of the future, but I do know and the simplest of common sense would let you know that 4 impressive games in NFLE by a QB would never be indicator for whether or not the DallasCowboys have found their future QB, if it is then we've come a long way from the days when Staubach outlasted Morton and Troy Aikman beat out Walsh.

Nice try, but not knowing whether a QB has it or not is much different than knowing for a fact that 4 games in NFLE will never carry that much weight.

Henson has made a step in the right direction, but lets not forget the several steps in wrong direction in the past 2 seasons..........in the spirit of the masters he's not in red numbers yet.

No one is claiming that Henson is the second coming from a few Europe games.

They are merely celebrating the fact that it isn't painfully obvious that he couldn't do it in the NFL, ala Hutch.
