If he does pay it's only because he got called out in the media and this was publicized. If it never came out that Rush lost out on $250K, I am pretty sure Mr. PR Jerry Jones wouldn't pay.

But now that people know about it and it makes Jerry look like the cheap ******* we know he is, Jerry might actually pay it.

Your "he won't struggle to eat" comment implies that him losing out on $250K isn't that big of a deal. It's foolish to make a claim that $250K isn't a big deal just because the guy made $5MM over two years. It absolutely is a big deal.

its not a big deal. and yes 250k isnt that much when your yearly salary is 2.5 mils. and you already had this income for multiple years. The guy earned 9.2 mils throughout his career.

Its not only the context you need to learn to understand when i say something and you try to question it.
Its also you also need to be careful when to use relativ or absolut comparisson methods.

So I remember they did this with Sean Lee and he lost out on 2 million.....

I think there's a work around to get Rush that money. Jones is a lot of things and I can't stand the guy but to cost him 250k....that doesn't seem like his MO.

If it's the year I'm thinking of where Sean was healthy enough to play, Sean said it was his choice not to play because he didn't think he had earned the bonus.
