In order to get the bonus, Cooper Rush would have had to play just about every snap of the offense (except a handful).
The bonus was for playing 55 percent of the snaps on offense for the entire season. He already picked up a bonus for hitting the 45 percent threshold.

Can't blame Dallas for wanting to watch Trey Lance play an entire game. We've seen enough of Cooper's pop-gun arm to know what he can and can't do.

Cooper did better than could have been reasonably expected so he deserved the bonus.
The fact Jethro and company were like this on that does not make FA's think very well of them.
But I guess since they only dumpster dive its not a problem

So I remember they did this with Sean Lee and he lost out on 2 million.....

I think there's a work around to get Rush that money. Jones is a lot of things and I can't stand the guy but to cost him 250k....that doesn't seem like his MO.
I'm pretty sure the Jones will pay him that 250K, The media is making a a big deal because of the circus we are right now.

The optics are awful, and they had 2 months to not only see Lance play, but see if he has anything
