A frustrated Jerry Jones had some comments about the sun impacting play at AT&T Stadium: “By the way, we know where the sun is going to be when we decide to flip the coin or not. We do know where the damn sun is going to be in our own stadium.”

Why not put up curtains over the windows?

Jerry: “Well let’s tear the damn stadium down and build another one? Are you kidding me?

“Everybody has got the same thing. Every team that comes in here has the same issues.

“I’m saying, the world knows where the sun is. You get to know that almost a year in advance. Someone asked me about the sun. What about the sun? Where’s the moon?”

I have been to several HS and college FB games at AT&T where curtains were used. They have them. Jerry just doesn’t want to use them. The college and HS teams that play there never have to worry about it. Unbelievable

He really doesn't !!... Da Sucka is just Mule Headed Stubborn and so set in his ways as they come ...it's a reflection of dysfunctional front office management


He's probably told (ordered?) the stadium managers NOT to use the curtains. .... " Let em Gripe and Complain ! "

The fact that his response is “that ruins the whole thing” is all you need to know about Jerry. He has the mentality of a child who’s never been told “no”.

He surrounds himself with a room full of people who will just agree with him and there probably isn’t a single person who even thinks, “dude, will you just do it so people will shut up? The season is gone, just do yourself a favor and quit actively looking for ways to reinforce the idea that you don’t know what you’re doing”.

Well WWE events are usually are in arenas where they can control every bit of light. Their entire production depends on being able to do so.

Isn't Cowboys stadium the only east/west stadium in the NFL?
Most builders take everything into account when building a new stadium.
Also Jerry, buying curtains is way cheaper the tearing down that stadium and building a new one. Although I'd love to see them do it and get back to an outdoor venue similar to Texas stadium.
