Jerry on Linehan: Why would I put a statement out when we might have an opportunity next week?

Tells me there's at one maybe two playoff candidates they're targeting but can't interview or offer a job until his team is eliminated. I wouldn't worry about whether or not they're under contract. My guess would be whoever it is, has an expiring contract. As an owner, I would think Jerry has access to all league coaches contracts.

No Jerry said it, you dont by nfl rules have to let a coach be interviewed by another team unless that team is interviewing your coach for a head coaching job,

Even Dak mentioned in his end of year comments something about coach turnover. Might have been nothing, but it might have been something. Coupled with Linehan leaving after the game without talking to the press, I think something’s up.

This is all so unsatisfying,just give us some hope Jerry.linehan cant plays for Dak,he is just too old and cant adjust to Daks limitations.
