I mean seriously though. This thing is heading in the wrong direction. Wake me up when the circus clown does something that might actually make things better.

Call me crazy but I believe him ......... I think he's going all in next season. The key.......three mega contracts ( Parsons gets signed ) on the books. Return on his investment ........
  • New Coach
  • Top draft picks
  • plenty cap
  • Dak returning
  • Parsons gets a new deal
Besides, we are rarely consistently at the bottom of the division.

"Rest assured we'll be figuring out ways to look for what we're doing wrong and improve on that."

We've heard that for nearly 30 years.

Mr. Jones, YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT!

If you could, you've have done it by now.

Stupid is as stupid does.

Mr. Jones, you're right about things getting better. But that will only come when you're no longer in charge of the Dallas Cowboys. Dead, incapacitated, reitred, whatever, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. When you're gone, then I'll start believing things will get better. Not until then.

We could see some micro gains IF:

1. We get a decent, hard-nosed, modern HC and Offensive system that overhauls the putrid offense we are running now

2. We hit on multiple draft picks in 2025 and get gains on ‘23 and ‘24 draftees more than we have seen to date (especially’23 smh)

3. We create decent cap flexibility through cuts that allow some additions of several solid FAs

4. We deploy a creative and savvy defensive coordinator that can get the most out of that side of the roster since it is under-funded

5. Focus on running the ball with a great RB so Dak is given every conceivable help so he can play at his best

6. Overhaul a complacent, individualistic, passive culture so that there is an ethos of work, preparation, and a commitment to fundamentals

7. Injured guys return to form, and we avoid the injury plague

Even then— the macro issues of JJ and the FO remain, so any success that would occur would be IN SPITE of them, not because of them.

The constant distractions, drama, and focus on everything BUT football won’t leave until the Jones family leaves Dallas— but, do the above and we might see a more competitive team next year.
Sign me up for all of this.
But just as a temporary next year band aid fix until Jerry spoils it with another poor football decision.

But I guess anything is better than constantly getting beat by 30 at home.

So I guess that means I'm all in for '25.
LOL
Cowboys!

When exactly Jerry? When Trey Lance is throwing to Johnathan Mingo? Those are the moves you made, Mr. GM.

Is it just me, or should the Jones family have him examined for dementia? I'm not joking at all. I heard the comments in the media through a recording. I know he has his "Jerryisms", but I legitimately have concerns about his mental faculties.
I'm in agreement with you. Been listening to this guy for 30 odd years now and, there's a definite movement "off the rails" in the recent things he says.

There is no hope so long as Jones runs this franchise. Accept it and wait for nature to take it's course. Only then can there be any hope.

I think you overestimate how much anyone that you speak about really cares what you think.
You keep responding, so at least you care....cut the head off the snake and we can all go back to being fans, criticize, positive, negative, etc....just no more hate mongers...

We are just starting our crash!

The next few seasons are going to be brutal!

I mean top 3 draft picks type of seasons going forward.

Dementia would explain a lot and give Jerry Jones legitimate excuses. Unfortunately, arrogantly defying the necessary and long needed change in managerial leadership is not dementia. It is simply, three decades long, 82-year-old stupidity.

Until Jerry steps down, there will be NO better days.
He has proven he does not have the abilities to be a successful GM.
