Exactly.....m fine with moving on from McCarthy but this season really was not his fault. He was set up to fail, ownership took the legs out of the season before it started

At this point that is exactly what they should be shooting for.Yeah, clearly they've quit on him. So unless you're shooting for a 3 and 14 season, you've got to make a change.
Further proof Jerry had a hand in this. Put some curtains up!!!
Funny thing is a lot of people saw it coming. All that off season drama with contracts took its toll. Very predictable.Rock bottom hasn't even been reached yet. Complete rebuild needed. Oh, wait! We just made Dak Prescott the highest paid player in the league. Team is run by incompetents.
The iceberg must be immense if McCarthy is only the tip. That is the tip of the iceberg.
His contract taking 23% of the salary cap doesnt help.Dak still gets 90% blame, he was terrible helping Rush and Lance prepare this week.... lol
Seriously Jerry?
To be honest, our bad record makes the job even more attractive coz the bar is low. He is taking a team at the bottom with only one way to go to shine. What coach is going to put Dallas at the top of their list of potential landing spots?
Sure, some young guy might panic after his 1A and 1B are off the table but nobody is looking at Dallas as a serious place to compete. Dallas is where coaching careers go to be wasted and/or wind down.
