the roster is full of bus drivers and home depot workers , because jerry has no cap room to pay for a proper roster .

the bus driver takes 60 million , and theres 20 left . . . you cant pay 10 stars with that !

I take solace in knowing this is 100% Jerry’s fault.
Jerry is only 33.33% responsible.

As the Owner, As the GM, and As the President.

So when he looks in the mirror as one, he only sees the other two.

What's funny about Jerry is that he's spent his entire tenure as Cowboys owner trying to prove that he's a "football" man, yet everyone who follows the NFL considers his entire tenure as GM a complete failure and utter joke.

His GM-ing has been as bad as his wig.

He spent his formative years idolizing Al Davis, and he's become him.

Of course he’s to blame. He had no problems throwing Kellen Moore under the bus, saying things like he scored too fast.

Then if he’s to blame for that then you also have to give him credit for 36-15 over the last 3 years…..but you won’t because you’ll say it didn’t lead to a superbowl or championship game. He also got dak who you say is horrible and trash routinely to play better than he ever has…..which according to your view of the player has to be a pretty amazing feat.

You have a tendency to find one issue and just repeat and repeat it. Kellen Moore was here for several years- his time was up. Mike did a great job with the offense last season. Overall, in terms of regular season wins he’s done a good job.

In terms of blame this season? Sure, he gets some but a huge huge piece of the blame pie is on the front office aka ownership. Kellen Moore is in Philly, let it go

The nerve of this *******.

You. You had a hand in this. This is your team. Your coaching staff. Your roster. Your draft. Your free agency. You are the only one in charge of building this team as a GM. And this is the result of your work.

1. Dak didn’t play any better than he normally did. That was just over-hyped nonsense. He sucked until the bye, when he got blasted by the 49ers and he sucked to end the season when he played good defenses and he played hhs absolute worst game against the Packers, had 2 picks by halftime, should have been 3, and they picked up right where they left off this year.

2. You also have to give Kellen Moore credit. McCarthy had 1 year here as OC and after his 2nd year, the offense took a nosedive, meaning the more he got his hands on it, it’s looked even worse than ever before. But of course he dumbed down the offense for Dak.
