If Dallas let’s the trades come to them: “Dallas is too passive. You have to go make something happen.”

Personally, I doubt anything happens and if it does, I sincerely doubt that it is a major move.

It has always been more likely nothing happens than it does. It’s hard to make trades especially if you value picks the way this franchise does. That said I don’t put too much stock into jerry one way or the other when he speaks publicly. I feel some heard his quotes and expected a move-which imo is wrong.

They will make a trade. I’m not sure if it’ll be a big one or not, but they’ll make a deal..and I think it’s more likely a bigger name than a smaller name. Maybe not a huge splash..but around a second or third round pick

The “teams come to us line” likely means there’s been deals talked about the cowboys made an offer and the other team is asking for too much right now and he wants them to come back to the table.
