And I’m not trying to be difficult here but those things Jerry worries about are problems and consistent ones…so where is the accountability? Is that coaching or players? Guys are hurt but some of these things are and were well before that and that is the crux of frustration for everyone on the outside watching

I'm beginning to think the Video Department edits the 2024 team tape with footage from the 1992-93 teams.....before it gets to Jerry.

The season is really aging him because he's looking worse and worse each week I see him. This amount of stress is not good for someone his age. Another season like this and we might not see him much anymore.

i was just trying to get a laugh or two on this dark tuesday....

The needs are so incredibly long and have been listed but the only way that true change will happen is if Jerry makes some substanital changes that flow through to the cultural challenges, which i dont really know if that is going to happen.

The thing with the cowboys is they always have "the talent" to win becuase they draft well, but constantly struggle putting it all together bc there is no cohesive top down approach that brings all the elements together in a way that helps them over the hump.

Have to hope that this year, coupled with his age, is a realization for Jerry that he is going to have to do something vastly different if hes going to have a shot at one more before he passes.

But it's something that's a waste of time my man it's not about a laugh everybody keeps saying it's the same old joke this is the kind of thing that would get a comedian have to retire we know this is not gonna change so stop asking for it the fire of the GM stuff if you think it was cute if it made you feel better it's not happening..

So why bother having all these posts about how much you hate Jerry the owner in GM and how much you wish he wasn't here because it's something that will never change and the way he operates probably won't change so we need to just discuss real things on the field players upcoming draft I don't even mind alright I do think the drafts way too early the talk is way too early 'cause we don't know the position we don't know every player that stuff needs to truly be discussed in February we'll have all the current information on everything.

Again I just say this 'cause I'm tired of hearing about the 28 years I'm tired of hearing about the same narratives these things can't change they won't change so fans need to just get over it or again I know they don't like it around here because there was a whole thread on it go find another team this part of our team will not change it didn't change with the Raiders al Davis died and nothing changed they still are not even close to it on the Dallas Cowboys level at least we're relative around here the last three years before this people complained now you have something to complain about this what we're going through right now is what bad football looks like this is what bad coaching looks like the three years prior you could be proud of that you had something to look forward to your team wasn't losing back-to-back games you were winning almost all your home games everything was you were beating up on bad teams you know we look like the Washington team this year but we look like that for three years but they're getting bragged upon because they've been bad so long that they need something to talk about we were already that good for three straight years we've been in the playoffs 5 out of the last eight years at least admit that the Dallas Cowboys are not or I should say we're not the team people were trying to describe around here but they are now they are this one year but things are not going to change simply by crying about it the things that are staples here that are in concrete are the owner the GM and the family they're gonna be around for awhile ,

we might as well let that just go let it go either go get another team or let's just talk about football parts the things we can talk about....
