I’ll admit it. I picked em for 10 wins this year.

I under estimated just how much all of the loses during the offseason would hurt.

I also didn’t expect the offense to regress to a nearly bottom-5 unit with mostly the same players.

This team is absolutely garbage. The roster Jerry has built is so threadbare that it almost isn’t funny. We’re trotting replacement level talent out there.

Bring in Belichek for 3 years similarly to Big Bill and try to turn this culture around. Like starter’s playing in the PS. On and on. Bill will work with McClay. Turn the offense into Pittsburgh style with a sound defense. It can work and get there quickly with a technician like Bill.

I worry for anyone still taking this front office seriously. They had Dak and Romo on cheap contracts and could not put a serious team together. When the teams fail, the blame goes on the QBs, not the GM who built the team.

Why should we draft a 1st rd QB who is going to demand a lot of money when they've shown they can't even build around cheap QBs?

Herein lies the problem. The owner is worried about things he should not be worried about. He is too far into the details for an owner and needs to back off. I realize he is also the GM, but he shouldn't be.

Honestly, I don't know if I even blame him anymore at this point. Like, why even try? It's not going to make a difference. The fact this entire team, or at least the defense hasn't full on quit actually amazes me. They aren't winning games. The offense can't keep them in it. They know they are eventually just going to get run over and worn down. Yet, most of them, are still out there trying.

I think Jerry got Lance hoping that he would replace Prescott and he wouldn't have to extend him..we all see how that worked out..it seemed like they were forced to extend Prescott because Lance didn't pan out..however I see no reason why they are not starting Lance since our season is over..but I still think they should have let Prescott play out his final year.

it was to put pressure on Daks deal but it backfired because he is legit garbage in every opportunity he gets.
