diggs doesn't like to tackle. that was painfully obvious two years ago, in SF, when he had a chance to stop the niners and force them to punt, instead he ducked and missed a tackle on Kittle because he hates contact. Since then I just don't like diggs. never wanted us to resign him. this is football, NFL football. not flag football. if you don't like contact and don't want to tackle, then just go to another team.

He's one of many that need to be cut/not be re-signed this offseason to sign players who don't have inflated contracts. Steele is the other glaring one to save that 14mill.

That’s not true. The Dakazoids thought the Cowboys win against the “vaunted” Browns, after Dak got his contract, was proof this season was going to be special. Even those that were blaming Jerry in the off-season were saying struggle would happen if Lamb wasn’t signed.

I mean this forum was posting articles about Dak and Lamb being better than Montana and Rice
2 jags to go along with TA the bus driver JAG some liked to mention

Well, we worry about owner interference which has finally caught up with this organization. The Cowboy team of today appears to be worse than the 1989 Cowboy team. Jerry has gone full circle with this club and should seriously think about selling the Boys this off season.

...this is one guy blindly guided by his own Confirmation bias. He clearly see's, WHAT HE WANTS TO SEE.

A trait that has to be self recognized, to fix it.

he is right about all those things except for the fact that he should be starting Trey Lance 'cause there's nothing to play for Wins sare not what you're playing for now literally like the preseason you should be developing young guys getting them a lot of reps that you normally couldn't get them

but This is why we know Mike McCarthy is not gonna be back he's right about having too many players in the same area on routes the the blocking sometimes they're running into each other and even then they have routes running over top of other routes like they have to go around another player in order to finish their route I've never seen wide receivers have to bend around their own players who are being guarded by other people and then watch that other defender break off who he's supposed to be covering and make an easy interception because they are running a monkey show on offense right now and I'm glad Jerry sees it because right now Jerry should be having Mike McCarthy in a room and say we need you to walk away gracefully from your OC job demote yourself and give it to schottenheimer and just tell the world you like to concentrate on the rest of the game and player development and you can't do 2 jobs at once doing that because apparently you can't this was supposed to be better than last year and while we had attrition on defense there is no real excuses on offense for how bad it looks to the whole entire fan base some of the casuals even notice what he's talking about everyone blames the sun for that lamb route in the touchdown in the Philly game but I saw 87 cross his face and block his view then he ducks and for some reason he saw the ball if you couldn't be blinded enough let's see the quarterback threw the ball to the right spot 87 stuck to make sure he didn't block the view and it was too late because the ball was thrown right behind him and then lamb is saying it's the sun no that was because of a bad route designs..

We've seen it all year I have never seen so many that were this bad last year we seen too many at the same depth and that could cause problems and they didn't run a lot of stuff deep or crossers or enough misdirection and motion we all know this but this year I don't get it it's all over the place I've never seen such bad scheme routes in my life and then the basic blocking and the blocker seem to not know who to pass off each other and they're running into each other and then the running back has no room where to go it's like there's five different coaches going 5 plays out of five different ....look that bad it's a circus out there.

At least Mike Zimmer has an excuse I think he's lost 11 different players now over the entire year and eight of them were pretty key and then the depth to the starters are part of that they're living on fumes over there on defense and yet they were the ones who probably played better last night up until it all fell apart.. Mike McCarthy the offensive coordinator is the worst part of this team and if Mike McCarthy spent more time as a head coach and demoted himself and fired the offensive line coach and figured out why all this stuff was going on at the bye week at the latest then i'd be OK with it but right now i've never seen a worse offense in my life....

First of all can we stop doing this you know this is the one thing that's not gonna change is the front office at least not Jerry the GM so let's stick to talking about things that can change and that Jerry is seeing what a lot of us are seeing and everybody's getting the chopping block next year we need a better coaching staff from top to bottom Mike McCarthy the offensive coordinator is far worse than Jerry the GM right now

so everybody keeps saying that that's the change they want it's not happening so let's stop talking about the ownership we need to stick to what could happen next year and the fact that he won't play Trey Lance right now but how is that not on Mike McCarthy you think Mike McCarthy is scared of Jerry Jones right now he already knows the writing on the wall if he wanted to he could start Cooper rush the first series and then go look up to Jerry give him the wink and throw Trey Lance in there and leave him in the rest of the game what's gonna happen what the hell can Jerry Jones do about it except fire Mike McCarthy and we all would be OK with that but Mike's bulletproof he's tough on right now he already knows his job on the line he's probably not gonna be back here next year 99% says he's gone so why don't he just mutiny he can play whoever he wants once the game starts all he has to do is put in Trey Lance so let's not get Mike off the hook and blame the GM the GM by the way does not make up packages game plans play calls who get sucked in and out during games what plays are called how much you use them because you know what Ezekiel Elliott was his pet cat remember what happened to him? Literally he does not meddle in that he made during the week tell mike mccarthy he still like cooper rest of the starter but once the lights come on mike can just send in trey lance and again here's the worst thing i can see jerry just gets mad the next day it cuts so that way he can't play him anymore or try to trade him for like a seventh round pick or something I would love to see this little battle go on the rest of the way because Mike McCarthy has nothing to lose right now and he needs to coaching like it

i was just trying to get a laugh or two on this dark tuesday....

The needs are so incredibly long and have been listed but the only way that true change will happen is if Jerry makes some substanital changes that flow through to the cultural challenges, which i dont really know if that is going to happen.

The thing with the cowboys is they always have "the talent" to win becuase they draft well, but constantly struggle putting it all together bc there is no cohesive top down approach that brings all the elements together in a way that helps them over the hump.

Have to hope that this year, coupled with his age, is a realization for Jerry that he is going to have to do something vastly different if hes going to have a shot at one more before he passes.

If you're worried about execution Jerry then get yourself a super detail oriented head coach who will make the team concentrate on work and quit being a camera seeking missile that provides an endless cavalcade of circus style distractions to the team.
