I think at some point, he needs to reassess all the coaching staff. Its easy to say injuries hindered this year bc it did but even in the last three years we had some of same coaching struggles. I appreciate how MM handles the adversity but thats not enough. Schematically, we are out dated. The offense looks basic and predictable without any motion, pass vs run balance is always lopsided (but he fired KM for not running the ball but yet KM ran the ball at a higher perception), there is no diversity on offense in formation or concepts and its times we are flat out just not prepared. I thought with Bill going to Carolina, Vrabel offensive struggles when he was a HC and his altercations with GM and MM contract expiring - maybe it would influence Jerry and Stephen to follow the trend of younger, more innovative and new concepts in their coaching selection but I got a feeling he actually will use injuries to keep both coaches. I know tanking isnt favored but at the point we should be prioritizing draft picks, and re evaluating coaching because we have enough foundational talent, young players who are up and coming, and should be 10 draft picks including 4 comp picks and ability to create 100m in space. We could be be at the top if the front office manages this right.
