Agree 100%......just be smart enough to delegate authority.

Logan Wilson = Jack Sanborn and both are 100 x better than Kenneth Murray. They don't have to be "good" to be "better" than that horrible play we have seen all year from him thus being better makes the team better. Sometimes all you have to do is raise the floor to see improvement

Probably because he was selected in the first round the year he got drafted. First round picks usually get extended time in the league to show something.
