This doesn’t require dramatic decisions…just the correct, prudent ones in a timely manner. While some decisions, such as hiring a DC are time-sensitive, this is a process and shouldn’t be done quickly and haphazardly.

People may say all that....and more.

Understand that in Jerry's mind he has been doing dramatic things for years. Drama follows the Cowboys. Drama gets them on the A block of cable sports shows. Drama drives ratings which gets them primetime games.

Dramatic does not equal trying to win more football games.
