He was wasted.

And I think he will think he does too.
You're wasting your time. This whole thing is just the media out to get Dallas. Jerry is innocent. Anyone who thinks he looked bad in this is just a Puritan that never does anything fun. I'm disappointed in all the 'Boys fans complaining about this. A bunch of you need to hand in your fan cards.utrunner07;3346082 said:No one is looking down on him for going to a bar and getting drunk. What people are looking down on him for is BEING AN *** while he was drunk.

Millions of people should apologize to their boss daily and co-workers for the things they say about them behind their back.. but no he is the Dallas Cowboys owner so he needs to apologize to everyone!!! lol ugh hate the double standards. I don't give a damn if the guy is the biggest celebrity on the face of the earth or a regular Joe, they need to be held to the same standard. hate the people who argue that

utrunner07;3346098 said:So what, if you kill a man while your wasted does that make it ok?
If you rob a man while you are wasted does that make it ok?
If you slap your wife while you are wasted does that make it ok?
If you bad mouth Parcells and spill company secretes (that leaves you looking like a dumb ***) while you are wasted does that make it ok?
Of course the last is no where near as big of a deal as the first three, but the point is, being wasted is no excuse. If he has this problem when he gets wasted then he sure as hell better not get wasted in public. Jerry made a mistake, the mistake was not getting "waste" (at least not in my book), the mistake was being an *** while wasted.

Jon88;3346104 said:I never said anything about driving drunk or beating your wife.
Where did you come up with this?
Oh wait, let me guess.
I don't care for an apology. It won't accomplish anything. I do, however, prefer he doesn't drink in public if he can't hold his liquor. If he wants to get wasted and say that stuff to people I don't care as long as it doesn't get out to the public.theogt;3346099 said:Strawman.
Everyone agrees it's embarrassing and stupid. Most things you do in a drunken stupor are embarrassing and stupid.
The difference is, some people think just think it's funny and laugh it off. Others think the world is ending and an apology is necessary.
He's apparently posted enough to be on my ignore list.zrinkill;3346102 said:I have no clue who you are ..... never seen you post before .... I am having a discussion with regulars ..... your opinion is that of a teenager.

That's fine if that's your preference. I'd prefer that he continue because it was fantastic entertainment.Cover 2;3346108 said:I don't care for an apology. It won't accomplish anything.
