yep, looks like nothing coming to fruition

Shouldn't be surprising to people though. This isn't like MLB or the NBA where you see a flurry of trades at the deadline.

Now we go back to obsessing over Smith's nerve and whether it's firing and if Gregory can keep his hand out of the pot jar to give us some help at the end of the year.

Richardson is a stud. But do we really need DT? That might be our strength right now with McClain, Collins, Crawford, Thornton

I'd rather blow our load on DE, LB, or DB.

Did you watch Sproles and others run through the center of our defense like hot butter?

I am in jersey and all the talk radio talks about this guy fetching a first. To me he isn't worth more than a 3rd based strongly on the fact that he is a suspension waiting to happen

I'm normally against mid season trades, but we are arguably one or 2 defenders away from beating someone like NE on a neutral field.

I get that NFL trades are less likely than other sports, but for all of those who are happy we didn't make a move today, I hope you aren't valuing a Day 2 draft pick for next year so highly that you will be content with the Cowboys not getting enough of a pass rush in a critical playoff game this year.

If the Jets/Dolphins were asking for too much, I'm okay with not pulling the trigger. If we were worried about losing the 100th pick (approximately) in the 2017 draft, then I would be disappointed.

They've knocked off 3 of last years playoff teams without a pass rush.
