I would take McCrariens over overpaid/overaged/overinjured Coles.

Coles is 28 and McCareins is 27 and has had a much better career. I am not saying I want Coles, but he is better than McCareins.

Coles also has greater ties to Coach Parcells, who was very proud of the fact he "stole" him in the draft per his own comments.

Parcells: "I know the player, ok."

Coles is only a year older and is a far superior player to McCareins but getting him would seem like a suicide pact for us. He would not be a starter here although he is a comparable talent to Glenn and his ego would never allow him to accept a part time role as a 3rd receiver. For what we want the 3rd WR to do I'm fine with Crayton or Hurd. Now if we find Crayton's injury is more serious than I know that could change things.

coleman and Shanle for what? I don't want Mcarians(sp). he is not going anywhere. I want draft picks. but will they give up anything of value. can we get two 4ths for these guys or maybe just one 3rd roudn pick?
