Great to hear. It sounds to me like Rolando has grown up a little bit and realized what a blessing and an opportunity has been given to him.
Pair that with Dallas' history of doing well with "troubled" players and it seems like his passion for football has been rekindled.
This defense has a chance to be very special this year. Just stay heathy and believe in Rod.

I'm confused. Is he referring to how he was during training camp or now? If it's now, I thought suspended players couldn't be at the facility. If it's not now, then how is this an update?
You know the first thing they are going to do when Rolando gets back is give him a drug test. I hope he knows this.
Its obvious if you read the quote he said he's allowed to be in meetings
Does that mean Hardy too? I thought thy couldn't be there at all. Happy to be wrong though.
Under the terms of his suspension, Hardy is banned from the team’s Valley Ranch facility. McClain is not. While McClain is permitted to work out and attend meetings there, he is prohibited from practicing. Both McClain and Hardy are eligible to return to the team Oct. 5, and the Cowboys will have to make two corresponding transactions to make room for their roster additions.
