Mr. Jeffcoat!!!! The reason I am a Cowboys fan!!! I'm surprised his brothers Gerald and Jerome never made it in the NFL. They were just as big and talented as Jim was.

Jim was 6'5" 260, so it isn't too surprising. Apparently his twins are both highly-recruited 2 sport athletes. His son is highly recruited for both basketball and football, while his daughter is recruited for volleyball and basketball.

I got to meet Jim Jeffcoat in 1990 or 1991 when he went back to ASU to finish his degree one summer. He was my roommates' lab partner and I'll never forget walking in the door to my apartment to find the Cowboys' DE sitting on my couch. He patiently listened to my opinions about the team, including my patented "Danny White got jobbed by the fans and media" tirade. Really cool dude and an underrated player, IMO.
