See this is why I say for next season let Jerry be the HC. Just let him do it, get it out if his system and then maybe he'll understand what a HC has to go through and he'll appreciate the position. McCarthy is a lame duck anyway. Jerry just coach like you've always wanted to and then shut up and go away and do what's best for the franchise.
